The Pledged Asset Line® (PAL) from Schwab Bank or Schwab Premier Bank (collectively "the Affiliated Banks) is an uncommitted, non-purpose securities-based borrowing solution that allows your clients to leverage eligible assets in their investment portfolio as collateral for a secured loan. As a non-purpose line of credit, loan proceeds must be used for a lawful purpose and may not be used to purchase securities, pay down margin loans or other loans used to purchase or carry securities, or be deposited into any brokerage accounts.

Schwab Bank Investor Checking™ is an FDIC-insured checking account linked to a Schwab One® brokerage or trust account. U.S. citizens or resident aliens who reside in the U.S. can enroll in a Schwab Bank Investor Checking™ account using DocuSign®, or paper forms.
